We are very pleased to announce the establishment of
Cordigital Telemedical Solutions, a Card Guard Scientific Survival, Ltd. company, located
in Minnesota, USA. Mr. Bruce Rollie, President of Cordigital, is excited about the new
Telemedicine challenges within the North American market, and together with his team of
experienced professionals, looks forward to delivering telemedicine technology solutions
to the healthcare community.

Mr. Daniel S. Pawlik

Mr. Pawlik joined Card Guard USA in February of
1999. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing and systems administration.
He served as the Manager of National Accounts and Systems Services Administration for
ELA-Angeion (a joint venture distribution company for ELA Medical, an international
manufacturer of pacemakers and defibrillators and Angeion, a manufacturer of
defibrillators) as well as an Analyst for Guidant Corporation. Mr. Pawlik majored in
Marketing in the College of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas in
Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Janelle C. Dachtera

Ms. Dachtera joined Card Guard USA in February of
1999. Her background includes experience in direct patient care and nursing
management while employed as an R.N. As a nursing management consultant, she helped
develop policies, procedures, and staffing guidelines for several area hospitals and acute
care nursing facilities. She has many years’ experience in customer
service/sales with a St. Paul-based Electro-Mechanical Sales firm. Prior to joining
Corditigal, she served in a marketing/customer service capacity for a Minnesota
manufacturer of blood pressure monitors. She has a B.A. Degree from the University
of MN, and a Nursing Degree from North Hennepin College, in Mpls., MN.
